Myst: The Chamber

Did the most basic environment there could be in 3ds Max to try to replicate that "eerie" feeling of the original Myst where you're not quite sure wtf is going on or where or when you are.

Originally this was intended as a scene for a concept I have for hypothetical Black Ships game titled "Cage: The Prequel to Myst" about Sirrus and Achenar's conquest of Ages at the helm of the Black Ships navy, but I could't really figure out what to create that could really seem "Black Shipy" (based on the comics is what I have in mind) so I settled with a dark, eerie chamber filled with plunder from across the Multiverse.

I included my map of Tay just to mess with people trying to find a timeline for this scene in the saga. Its not supposed to make sense, just be creepy.
